What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Respond to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via chat, email, or phone
• Manage client incidents and requests through to resolution
• Provide first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support as well as technical expertise to answer customers’ questions
• Drive customer adoption and support ad-hoc training
• Prepare FAQs, upgrade notes, articles in Knowledge Base, and document support related to processes and activities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional phone and listening skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using customer support tools and technology
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous experience in a customer support role or similar field
• Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Experience in preparing documentation and training materials
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
