What Youll Do
Input and update information in company databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
Verify data to ensure correctness and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Handle a variety of data types such as customer orders, inventory records, and billing information.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
Attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Previous data entry experience preferred but not required; we provide training!
