Key Responsibilities
Handle the customer inquiry via phone, chat or email.
Help customers with leaflet orders, account updates and billing questions.
Solve insurance related issues and claims of procedure.
Maintain an exact record of customer interaction.
Provide sympathy and professional assistance to the needy customers.
Cooperate with internal teams to ensure customers’ satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
The ability to work independently while being productive.
Strong problems and multitasking abilities.
Familiar with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.).
A cool, professional home scope with a reliable internet connection.
Ex -customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide complete training!
