About The Job
Role:
The D365 Technical Consultant is involved in all aspects of implementing Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service from requirement workshops through the project life cycle to go-live and on-going support. As a D365 technical consultant you will be part of implementations on the D365 Sales and Customer Service with many advanced tools and techniques. You will utilize standard implementation methodologies to deliver compelling solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Design and build Dynamics 365 solutions that meet client objectives.
• Build existing and new D365 products.
• Utilize your knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the customer during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration.
• Business and systems analysis and documentation
• Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality
• Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation
• Application configuration and setup
• Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time
• Managing change control
• Design and execution of data migration strategies
• Demonstrate the capacity to plan, prioritize and organize your time, project schedules and multiple project activities.
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
• Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications.
• Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
• Write development specifications and interface with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that arise.
• Participate within data migrations, integrations, report design and design of security.
Required Skills & Experience :
• 12+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service development experience including integration and data migration techniques.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, Microsoft Dataverse platform Power Automate, Power Pages
• Good hands-on experience on C#, .Net, JavaScript / TypeScript, Integration (Azure integration services and 3rd party integration tools), CI/CD experience, experience with JS frameworks like React.js and PCF controls
• Hands-on experience in writing MS Dynamics plugins, Custom workflows, custom Web Applications
• Good to have skills – Exposure of Power platform admin tasks (Dataverse capacity, analysis, audit, copy environment) and understanding of CoPilot and Synapse Link
• Good exposure in troubleshooting MS Dynamics Issues
• Agile Development experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with global virtual teams
• Should be flexible to travel and adaptable to work under tight timelines
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Good listening skills, with the ability to quickly resolve problems, action solutions with the ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding and assimilating information from various sources.
• Being able to recognize and deal with conflict or sensitive situations.
• A clear ability to organize your own time and resources.
• Dynamics 365, Power Platform certifications are mandatory.
