What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide leadership on development projects and complex analysis
Create and maintain source to target mapping documentation
Diagnose and recommend remediation of complex data issues
Lead designs and development of custom integration
Analyze and profile new and existing data sources
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or information technology
5-7 years of experience in information technology
Extensive experience with multiple third party middleware and operating systems environments
Working knowledge of at least one database product (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server)
Ability to read, write, and tune complex SQL statements
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certification in an IS technical discipline or related health care business field
Knowledge of healthcare nomenclature and business processes
Experience with healthcare applications (Cerner, Epic, Healthquest)
Strong logical and analytical thinker with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
