Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics or related role, with hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile application tracking, tagging methodologies, and data governance.
• Experience in writing detailed tracking specifications and collaborating with development teams for implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business units and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Adobe Enterprise experience, with Customer Journey Analytics
• Basic to Intermediate Java Scrip Understanding
What You Will Be Doing
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for product owners.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand business objectives and translate them into tracking specifications and analytics solutions.
• Design and implement tracking strategies for web and mobile applications, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Analyze user behavior, trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, offering guidance and training to stakeholders as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation of analytics solutions.
• Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations effectively through both written reports and verbal presentations.
