Our in-house team of data labelers creates high-quality data thatÂ’s used to evaluate and improve our AI models, and weÂ’re now looking for a Data Delivery Manager to manage day-to-day data operations. As a Data Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring data is delivered in the right quality, quantity and time, and developing repeatable processes to scale delivery. As a founding member of ContextualÂ’s Data Org, youÂ’ll also help build the team from the ground up.

As Data Delivery Manager at Contextual, you will:
• Manage the delivery of datasets to Head of Data and to internal customers
• Plan team capacity and staffing needs each week, working closely with validators, senior copy-editor, and other team members. You’ll identify skill and capacity gaps, and find ways of filling them.
• Manage final quality control and standardization of data deliveries.
• Liaise with vendors to schedule data deliveries from external sources and provide feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardize and streamline our processes.
• Implement project management tools and identify tooling needs.
• Manage and implement performance review, probation and feedback processes for team members.
• Support with hiring and onboarding new team members.
