We are seeking to add a Data Entry Assistant to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
• Process incoming orders and returns
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Organize monthly sales reporting
• Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and other related tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
