We are a well-established Ecommerce company looking to expand our team. Our main business is a wide variety of accent furniture sold on virtually every major website in the U.S.

Job Description:

We?re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Data Support Assistant to join our team and support our account managers in maintaining data accuracy.

As a Product Data Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data across our e-commerce partners. Your responsibilities will include assisting with product launches, reviewing product pages for accuracy, and communicating with and assisting account managers to address and correct any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Review Product Pages for Accuracy:

?Regularly review and verify the accuracy of product information on our partner sites.

?Check for consistency in product descriptions, images, pricing, and other key details.

Communicate with and Assist Account Managers:

?Provide support and assistance to account managers in making necessary corrections and updates.

Learn partner online portals as necessary to provide assistance as needed

Maintain Data Accuracy:

?Monitor, communicate, and provide assistance regarding updates to product data as needed to ensure ongoing accuracy.

-Back up Customer service when needed. Example: when Customer service is on vacation, abnormally large call volume, etc. Primary duties will not be in this department.

Qualifications:

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft applications is a must.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high data accuracy is the most important requirement.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and rectify them accordingly.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
