Key Responsibilities
• Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a continuous supply of images.
• Identify document types based on the provided documentation.
• Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets quality requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) following HIPAA standards.
• Interact professionally with other staff as needed.
• Recommend improvements or enhancements to job processes.
• Complete all tasks for the day before logging off.
• Perform other basic office duties as assigned.
Work Schedule
• Hourly Pay: $12 per hour
• Availability: Part-time and full-time openings available, with full-time preferred.
• Minimum Hours: At least 20 hours per week.
• Shifts: Various shifts available between 8:00 am – 9:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday.

Typing Tests
• 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy (Words Per Minute)
• 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy (Keystrokes Per Hour)
