We’re seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Application Administrator. In this role, you’ll primarily be responsible for entry-level application administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage data entry tasks with precision and speed (minimum of 40 words per minute).

Demonstrate proficiency in English language skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Utilize Word and Excel effectively for administrative tasks.

Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage is advantageous.

Additional Details

As part of our Beacon-to-Link migration project, you’ll contribute to building tools to migrate organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components. This role involves manual organization and user building in Link, supporting our development team’s efforts.

Work Schedule

Shifts will vary between 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, and 11AM-8PM EST to accommodate divisional support needs.
