Job Description

Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide information regarding flight schedules, fares, and airline policies
Assist customers with booking, changing, and canceling reservations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
Stay updated on Delta Air Lines products, services, and policies
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
