Job Description
Delta Airlines is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting work-at-home opportunity where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. ### Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills
Previous customer service experience preferred
Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed
### Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Assist customers with booking and changing flight reservations
Provide information on flight schedules, cancellations, and delays
Process payments, refunds, and other transactions
Maintain customer records and update their account information
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

### Educational Qualifications

### Experience
