Job Description
Delta Airlines is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our Customer Care team. As a remote Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to navigate computer systems and operate multiple software applications simultaneously
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Process reservations, cancellations, and flight changes
Assist customers with baggage claims and lost items
Provide information about flight schedules, policies, and procedures
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
