**Job Description**

**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the aircraft is clean and ready for boarding.
– Greet passengers, assist with seating assignments, and provide special assistance as needed.
– Demonstrate safety procedures, such as the use of seat belts, exits, and life jackets.
– Serve beverages, meals, and snacks; sell onboard duty-free goods.
– Address passengers inquiries and concerns promptly.
– Administer and coordinate emergency medical care as necessary.
– Prepare reports on flight incidents, including safety and service details.
**Requirements:**
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in hospitality or related field preferred.
– Must be able to meet the height and physical requirements to perform onboard duties.
– Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
– Capable of working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Must pass a rigorous training program, background check, and drug screening.
– Excellent personal presentation and professionalism.
– Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

**Educational Qualifications:**
