Job Description
Delta Airlines is seeking dedicated and energetic Ramp Agents to join our team at various locations. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our flights depart on time by efficiently handling baggage, cargo, and aircraft marshaling.
Key Responsibilities
• Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft.
• Operate ground service equipment, including tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts.
• Marshall aircraft during arrival and departure.
• Conduct safety inspections of aircraft and equipment.
• Communicate with flight crew and ground personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
