Job Description:

Requirements:
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple systems and programs simultaneously.
- Customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with booking and managing their flight reservations.
- Provide accurate information regarding Delta Airlines’ policies, procedures, and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about Delta Airlines’ products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Educational Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (required).
- Experience in the airline or travel industry (preferred).
