What YouÂ’ll Do:
As a Contact Center Representative, you will:
• Manage Incoming Calls: Answer all inbound calls with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring patients feel welcomed and informed.
• Schedule Appointments: Book appointments efficiently and ensure proper coordination with dental teams.
• Handle Patient Inquiries: Address patient questions about services, insurance, and procedures, providing clear and accurate information.
• Follow-Up with Patients: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and provide post-visit instructions as needed.
• Record Keeping: Update patient information in the system accurately after every call.
• Problem Solving: Escalate concerns when necessary and ensure that patients’ needs are addressed promptly.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
