What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Drive adoption and growth of the Align digital platform in targeted dental offices
– Foster positive relationships with dental professionals to enhance scanner utilization and patient education
– Perform customer assessments to understand business needs and establish account goals
– Provide clinical support and training to maximize scanner usage and improve workflows
– Utilize data analytics to monitor progress and communicate results to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; training or consulting role preferred
– Clinical degree in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, etc.) preferred
– 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in a related health industry (dental, orthodontics, etc.)
– High level of proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and SFDC
– Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
