About the Role
As a Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager at Walt Disney World Resort, you will play a key role in driving consumer demand for our resort. This exciting opportunity requires someone with extensive knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies to develop and implement content across various platforms. You will lead the team in creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives business goals.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in social media, impactful communication skills, and proficiency in analytics tools. You should also have a creative approach, be proactive and independent, and have a strong attention to detail.
About the Job Responsibilities
• Develop and manage strategy across social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Threads
• Drive awareness, engagement, and reach across Sports & Water Parks social media accounts with a combined audience of ~2M
• Create compelling organic content and capture as needed
About the Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
