As a Director, Information Systems Data Strategy, Business Intelligence and Analytics at Florida’s Natural, you’ll work alongside enterprise architecture, information systems, infrastructure and operations, security, project management office (PMO) peers and business unit leaders to implement best practices and transform enterprise systems to highly reliable, elastically scalable, modern cloud environments and make Florida’s Natural Growers a data driven industry leader

What you’ll do:
• Demonstrate strategic vision, anticipating future trends and incorporating knowledge of successful information technology
• Collaboratively plan, execute and own the outcome as one with leadership peers, business and operating stakeholders to establish direction, solutions requirements, roadmaps (priority, timing) and funding requirements, aligned with Company strategic plans and financial positions
• Maintain technical depth and breadth to establish technical direction and best practices, credibly leading teams on platforms, practices, processes and enterprise-grade approaches and patterns
• Develop and implement data governance, master data management, ETL, warehousing, and analytics practices, processes, and platforms in concert with the information systems team and with the Oracle Fusion Data Model, Azure Data and Analytics and secure data storage solutions.
• Lead sound data analysis and requirements definition processes and competencies.
• Implement and maintain structured data discovery, classification, and security capabilities, employing monitoring and compliance tools.
• Develop the scope of work, specifications, required deliverables, timing and measures of success for both internal (project artifacts) and external initiatives (contract documents).
• Partner with the IT Project Management Office for financial management, resource planning, portfolio and project governance, project charter/requirements analysis, intake and prioritization, status reporting, and business change readiness and management.
• Implement a data service bus model, and continuous integration / continuous development capabilities for improved data platform / systems agility and resiliency.
• Develop data systems monitoring, quality assurance and security by design practices and competencies.

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, data science or a similar discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience including enterprise-scale, cloud data initiatives and formal program leadership, ideally in a transformation environment.
• Broadly knowledgeable at moderate technical depth and with information technology architecture, patterns and platforms, including hybrid cloud, SaaS solutions and the ability to map solution requirements to the right pattern or platform, establish best process / practice, and to develop organizational, team and technical capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership skills and experience operating within formal project management frameworks and processes.
• Comfortable bi-modally improving legacy solutions while timely building and migrating to the future through a portfolio of significant, parallel initiatives.
• Exhibits an information-based, decision-making mindset, strong analytical and technical capabilities to assess and drive process improvements and solve complex problems.
• Senior IT leadership, motivated to inclusively collaborate with and serve others in achieving outcomes.
• Adept at stakeholder communications from the shop floor to the boardroom.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Data and Analytics platforms, Power BI, Power Platform Dataverse and Common Data Services, SSRA, SSAS, SSMS, DevSecOps principles and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience implementing a data integration service ‘bus’ or hub with Azure services or products like Oracle Integration Cloud (preferred), Informatica, Mulesoft, or Boomi.
• Seasoned data architecture and data modeling ability.
• Ability to clearly articulate a vision, enroll others in the strategy, and lead teams via influence through ambiguity and complexity to a new way of working and to support program, process, and organizational improvements across the organization.
• Natural curiosity to learn, ask questions, identify mistaken assumptions, and bring an open-minded approach. A high level of outcome-oriented initiative.
• Ability to manage fully remote teams, on and offshore.
• Critical thinking and business acumen.
• Capable of representing the breadth of IT in any forum, with aspiration and capability to ascend to the senior-most leadership role.

Preferred Requirements:
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle Integration Cloud implementation and adoption.
• Master’s degree in business administration or similar from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years senior IT leadership experience at like or greater scale and complexity.
• Experience with IT governance and compliance controls and procedures, and with frameworks like SOX, COBIT, and NIST 800.
