Description:
• We are seeking a strategic and action-oriented marketing leader to build our provider marketing team from the ground up.
• Develop the strategy to acquire and retain mental health providers
• Work closely with provider strategy & operations to ensure a complete go-to-market approach.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in marketing
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership people manager role with experience building a team from scratch
• 3+ years of marketing experience in B2B marketing (lead generation, demand generation)
• 3+ years of marketing experience in digital performance marketing (SEM, Job Boards)
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Proven experience developing and executing a marketing strategy
