Director, Sales Operations – Next Gen Program
POSITION SUMMARY…
Responsible for leading, directing and supporting the sales operations efforts for the Next Gen HCM Program. In conjunction with VP Sales of Sales of Operations and Next Gen Sales DVP, implements and executes the best practices and standard operating procedures. Participates in senior management decision-making process, as required, concerning sales needs, issues and procedures. Acts as a Sales advocate by balancing sales’ needs while managing reasonable expectations from an operations perspective. Serves as a liaison between Central Operations and Sales for all process changes and improvements related to reporting, automation, and sales programs. Leads by example; coaching, promoting, encouraging and mentoring the sales organization towards high performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage pipeline, opportunity tracking and forecasting. Implement process improvement and automation to this process.
• Identify and lead projects to transition Next Gen sales administration work to the GES Deal Desk
• Partner with Sales and Data Insights team to manage all data, analytic, and reporting needs
• Help with the development of internal and external sales presentations
• Manage internal and external sales collateral on Seismic
• Act as liaison with marketing teams. Communicate priorities and drive towards completion.
• Assist in the development of an external partner strategy for the Next Gen Program
• Assist with management of events, meetings and sales conferences
• Lead sales programs, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.
• 8-10 years of experience
• Leadership experience
• Sales or Sales Operations experience
• Broad and comprehensive understanding of different sales system and practices
• Can directs the resolution of highly complex and/or unusual business problems through advanced analytical thought and judgement
• Ability to know their audience – can exercise sensitivity to the audience.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills are necessary.
• Detail oriented with ability to summarize data efficiently.
• Must be able to perform well under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize projects, follow-up and resolve problems independently is necessary.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $94,700.00 – $192,100.00 / Year
