What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Assist in problem-solving and developing strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets
– Quality sort merchandise to determine its readiness for online sales
– Use software to assess merchandise suitability and list items on online marketplaces
– Organize physical inventory and photograph merchandise as needed
– Respond to customer service inquiries and process returns and refunds
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Excellent written communication skills
– Familiarity with using a camera and basic image processing in Windows
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
– Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
– High school diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Two years of experience selling online, either personally or for a commercial enterprise
