• Strong understanding of brand building and e-commerce fundamentals, with a clear grasp of how media influences page visits and conversions.
• Proven ability to handle pressure and take ownership of your portfolio.
• Experience in roles that balance brand strategy and eCommerce skills, including media buying or brand strategy at eCommerce-focused agencies, or personal experience in building and growing your own small or medium-sized brand on Amazon.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create and scale brand management and marketing processes as the business grows.
• Results-driven mindset with innovative thinking for continuous improvements.
• Track record of exceeding goals successfully.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end brand strategy and execution for the brands in your portfolio, including managing the brand P&L, PPC paid advertising, promotions, listings, and content/SEO on Amazon and other channels.
• Collaborate with the Purchase and Shipment team for inventory management and planning.
• Develop and execute marketing and PPC ad plans for your brand, set forecasts, and manage the ongoing business to drive topline sales and profit growth.
• Lead Amazon search strategy, oversee promotions, deals, and coupons, and optimize everyday and promotional pricing.
• Work closely with the Product R&D Team to launch new products, drive trials, increase household penetration, and build basket size.
• Expand brand presence to new marketplace channels and geographies.
• Implement best-in-class content optimization strategies to help your brand stand out and improve conversion rates, collaborating with creative or product teams as needed.
• Acquire and analyze data from multiple sources to solve problems, uncover root causes, and perform business and marketing analysis for reporting (sales, sell-through, CTR, CPC, P&L, etc).
• Some travel to trade show events as required.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
