Role Overview
As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will:
• Develop and Implement IEPs: Create tailored education plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Provide Instruction: Deliver engaging virtual lessons across various subjects, adapting to student needs.
• Monitor Student Progress: Assess and track progress, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with Families and Educators: Work closely with families and other professionals to support student growth.
• Document Outcomes: Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP updates.
Qualifications
• Education:
BachelorÂ’s or MasterÂ’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Licensure:
Valid Special Education license in Minnesota.
• Experience:
Prior experience working with elementary students with diverse learning needs is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
Proficient in technology for effective remote teaching.
