Corcept Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Email Chat Representative to provide exceptional customer support through email and chat platforms. The ideal candidate will address customer inquiries efficiently, maintain accurate records, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support processes.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions or services.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or email/chat support preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM and email/chat software.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is a plus.
Work Environment:
• Remote or hybrid work options may be available.
• Flexible working hours depending on customer needs.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $40.00 – $80.00/hour.
