Position Overview
• Flexible schedules available (full-time or part-time)
• Contract-based (1099) with potential renewal for the following school year

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and interactive virtual ESL lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels
• Design and customize lesson plans to meet each student’s unique learning needs
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering timely feedback and additional support as needed
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and school staff to promote student success in their language learning journey
Qualifications
• Valid state teaching license with an ESL endorsement
• Proven experience teaching ESL, either in a classroom or online setting
• Familiarity with virtual teaching tools and platforms
• Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students in their language development.
