Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist with entry-level application administration. This role is perfect for someone with strong typing skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform data entry and application administration tasks.
• Support the migration of organizations and user accounts as part of a key project.
• Work with a development team to ensure successful data migration and application setup.

Top Skills & Qualifications
• Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing ability (over 40 wpm).
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer Service: Previous experience in helpdesk or customer support is beneficial.

Work Shifts

Flexible shifts ranging from 8 AM – 5 PM, 9 AM – 6 PM, 10 AM – 7 PM, or 11 AM – 8 PM EST.

Requirements
• Reliable internet connection.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
