Job Description

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to American Express card members.
Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and transaction disputes.
Offer solutions to enhance customers financial well-being.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer service.
Requirements
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
High level of empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required).
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Preferred).
