What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Review customer data and video using Envysion software to identify theft, loss, and operational issues
• Document findings clearly and concisely for customer presentation
• Collaborate with specialists to create client-specific reports on theft and loss
• Meet monthly case expectations as set by department leadership
• Assist with additional projects assigned by leadership
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1+ years of loss prevention experience in a restaurant/retail setting, cash handling experience in QSR or retail, or law enforcement
• Familiarity with Gmail and Google Docs or similar software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective writing and communication skills

• Proven ability to work autonomously and in team settings
