Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing support through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with account management, troubleshooting, product functionality, and compliance inquiries.
• Handle escalated issues with professionalism, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Deliver advanced support for client registrations and account management.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions to effectively track and resolve issues.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to client inquiries, aiming to surpass expectations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide tier-1/2/3 support and enhance client satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies while focusing on addressing client needs and concerns.
• Contribute to the achievement of the company’s customer service objectives, fostering loyalty and retention.

Qualifications
