Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and dynamic part-time Event Coordinator at Sullivan. Considering the part-time nature of the job, the working hours will be under 4 hours daily. Job Description:

As an Event Coordinator at Sullivan, you will be primarily responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating various events. These include corporate functions, social gatherings, promotional events, and more. You will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth execution of each event and provide an exceptional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

– Plan, organize and execute events as per the client’s requirements

– Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and staff to ensure smooth execution of events

– Manage event timelines and budgets effectively

– Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction

– Handle any event-related issues, requests, or emergencies that might come up

– Prepare event reports and conduct post-event evaluations to assess the results

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role

– Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to manage stress and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

– Proficiency in MS Office applications

– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Educational Qualification:

– A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, public relations, marketing, or related field is preferred.

Experience:

– A minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination is required.
