Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Assist passengers with check-in procedures and boarding processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address passenger inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and airline policies.
• Coordinate with ground staff and flight crew for smooth operations.
• Handle luggage and cargo with care and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support special needs passengers as required.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry practices.
