Key Responsibilities:
? Manage calendars for the leader and their team, scheduling internal and external meetings.
? Book, manage, and coordinate logistics for team meetings, events, and offsites.
? Coordinate travel arrangements on a regular basis.
? Process expense reports in a timely manner.
? Create presentations and documents using Google Suite.
? Sit in on meetings and take notes.
? Assist with team projects as needed.
You will also have a strong ability to maintain confidentiality and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
