Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and respond to 75+ emails daily, ensuring prompt communication.
-Schedule client meetings and confirm them the day prior.
-Answer incoming calls and text messages professionally.
-Send out NDAs to clients and follow up to ensure they are signed.
-Distribute marketing information once an NDA is signed.
-Handle financial data entry and ensure accuracy.
I-nput data for new clients and assist in creating Executive Summaries and marketing materials.
-Coordinate and schedule Zoom meetings, managing the availability of buyers, sellers, and myself.
-Post content on social media platforms and engage with replies.
-Perform other administrative tasks as they arise.
Qualifications:
-Extremely detail-oriented and organized (if you arent meticulous about staying on top of tasks, this isnt for you).
-Experience managing multiple emails, schedules, and tasks.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems.
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
-Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role preferred.

I will hire two assistants for a 60-90 day trial period and then choose the best one.
