Compensation and Benefits

The base pay for this position ranges from (38.50 to )77.00 per hour, with variations in specific locations. Employees who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for free coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan, applicable in the following calendar year.

Responsibilities
• Manage all administrative functions: answering phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, and managing correspondence
• Process expense reports and plan meetings/events
• Create and modify business documents, and prepare presentations from source materials
• Maintain and manage executive calendar and travel plans
• Act as a liaison for remote access issues and coordinate new employee onboarding
• Follow executive onboarding procedures and train new administrative assistants as needed
• Ensure adherence to corporate regulations and purchasing procedures

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 7 years of previous administrative experience or equivalent
• Associates Degree in Secretarial Sciences preferred
• Ability to operate independently and take initiative
