Executive Recruiter – 100% Remote

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients in the executive space. The role is 100% remote and requires a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and manage their own workload.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive roles, from initial client briefings to candidate placement
• Proactively source and engage with candidates through a variety of channels, including networking, LinkedIn, and job boards
• Conduct phone interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles
• Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate feedback
• Ensure that candidates are fully prepared for interviews and provide coaching where necessary
• Negotiate offers and terms of employment for successful candidates
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in agency recruiting
• Proven track record of account management and B2B Lead Generation.
• 2+ yrs of Cold Calling Experience in a B2B setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
