Position Overview: We are seeking US Non-IT Recruiters to join our dynamic team. As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering top-tier candidates for job positions brought in by the Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience or have a strong desire to learn US recruitment within non-IT sectors, including but not limited to engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical), food and beverage manufacturing, renewable energy, finance, and executive-level CXO search and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to understand client requirements and job specifications.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Careerbuilder, Monster, and other job boards, to attract and identify qualified candidates.
• Leverage social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific groups for candidate outreach and engagement.
• Cultivate and maintain a network of candidate referrals and connections to expand the candidate pool.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and provide timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate relationships, including communication, negotiation, and offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in US recruitment, within non-IT sectors.
Top Requirements:
• Ability to learn fast, do sourcing and placing candidates in engineering, manufacturing, finance, or other mid-snior and executive-level positions.
• Ability to quickly adapt recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates and clients.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools preferred.
• Willingness to work during US EST business hours (5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST).
Compensation & Benefits:
• At Brightpath, we’re driven for the cause and believe in results-driven compensation and provides a competitive fixed monthly Base salary ranges between 18,000 – 25,000 INR Plus a designated Bonus structure as below:
• INR 500/- per resume submission to Account Manager.
• INR 1000/- per interview.
• INR 25000/- per successful placements.
