Responsibilities:
• Carry out cleaning tasks for vacation rental properties, including those listed on Airbnb and VRBO.
• Handle laundry duties for bed linens, bath towels, bath mats, and other items, ensuring they are properly dried…
• Make beds in all bedrooms and change linens as necessary.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other communal areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, or clean carpets when needed.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns and accommodating special requests.
Skills:
• Preferred experience in cleaning Airbnb or hotel environments.
• Strong customer service skills for effective communication and addressing client needs.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damages, and replenishing disposables.
• Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of laundering techniques for linens and towels.
