Job Summary: As the Facilities Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities, creating a comfortable and safe environment for guests and staff. You will lead a team of technicians, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and improvements to guarantee the highest standards in facility functionality and appearance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities:
• Supervise, mentor, and lead facilities technicians.
• Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and training.
• Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and system repairs.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project completion.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols.
• Conduct regular safety audits and address issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
• Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex facility issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical certifications or relevant degrees are a plus
