Description:
? Provides direct Family Peer Support services to member’s guardians, caregivers, and care team
? Provides guidance to SKY initiatives
? Guides, coaches, and mentors others in recovery
? Assists in understanding social determinants of health impacting member?s health and treatment plans
? Encourages member participation in wellness and recovery activities at their own pace
? Executes routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Peer Support area under limited supervision

Requirements:
? Certification in or eligibility to become certified as a KY Family Peer Support Specialist
? Must reside in The Lakes Region: Fulton, Hickman, Carlisle, Ballard, Graves, McCracken, Calloway, Marshall, Livingston, Lyon, Trigg, Crittenden, Caldwell, Hopkins, Christian, Muhlenberg, Todd
? Ability to travel up to 33% of the time
? Must be 18 years of age or older
? Be a self-identified parent or family member with lived experience with a client who has received services related to a mental health, substance use, or co-occurring mental health and substance use disability
? Have successfully completed KFLA training approved by the department
? Successfully complete KFPSS core competency training approved by the department or receive training waiver for this requirement
