Job Description
As a Flight Services Representative, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that include facilitating the check-in process, managing baggage claims, and addressing customer inquiries. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all operational procedures are followed, contributing to a streamlined and efficient travel experience for our passengers.
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with the check-in process and boarding procedures.
- Provide information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and baggage policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the travel process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely departures and safe boarding.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field is a plus.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide training for the right candidates.
