We’re looking for a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team! The Front Desk Agent will play a crucial role in guest relations and operations, exceeding expectations for all guests.

Responsibilities
• Greet and engage guests with a smile, showing a warm, welcoming and friendly demeanor.
• Be the friendly face that welcomes guests at check-in and leaves a lasting impression at check-out.
• Give amazing service by helping guests with their questions and sorting out any issues quickly and with the utmost care.
• Bring your curiosity to learn, engage guests with a smile, and always find a way to say ‘yes’ to exceptional service!
• Work closely with the sales team and keep them in the loop on any business leads you come across!
• Keep track of room availability and reservations, making sure everything’s in order.
• Answer the phone with a smile and make sure guests feel welcomed and heard every time.
• Pitch in with day-to-day tasks, working closely with housekeeping and maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
• Share great tips about local attractions, food, services, and amenities to help guests make the most of their stay.
• Help guests in their preferred language whenever you can, making them feel right at home.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service and loyalty programs preferred.
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding and practicing phone etiquette is essential and required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Ability to engage guests, smile and make them feel valued.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
