Duties
• Greeting clients professionally both in person and on the phone
• Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
• Optimizing schedule and client satisfaction with efficient scheduling
• Notifying of patient arrivals
• Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
• Verifying financial records and collecting client charges
• Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
• When necessary, clean up after pets including saliva, urine, feces or vomit.
• Perform other related work as required.
• Daily cleaning (cages, bowls, litter boxes, vacuuming/sweeping, mopping, room cleaning, etc.)
Experience/Qualifications
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications
• Excellent typing and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
• Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills
