Responsibilities of Front Desk Representative:
• As a Front Desk Representative, it is crucial to greet guests with warmth and professionalism, while ensuring a smooth and fast registration process
• Performs the necessary steps to complete the guest checkout process
• Assisting guests in resolving challenges encountered while staying at a hotel
• Making appropriate selections of rooms and promoting hotel services would be an essential part of upgrading guest experiences
• Coordinates guest room allocations and assigns team members to assist guests with their luggage
• Guests will enjoy a warm greeting and welcome packet upon arrival, offering room keys, tokens of gratitude, and other special gifts

Qualification of Front Desk Representative:
