KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
• Close at least 2 deals from leads you brought in, per month.
Additional Metrics Tracked:
• Respond to all internal and external communication within 8 business hours.
• > 55% close rate on scoping proposals
• 95% client retention in first 3 months of engagement

Requirements:
Degree is Accounting or a related field is Required.
Masters’ in Accounting or a related field is a Preferred.
5+ years in an Advisory accounting or Outsourced Accounting field is Preferred.
Entrepreneurial Accounting experience would be a Plus.
