Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist at Amazon, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our databases and systems accurately. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our information is precise and up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately into various databases and systems
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Review and correct data entry errors
Maintain confidentiality and security of data
Generate reports and perform data analysis as required
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher preferred
Proven experience in data entry or related field
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Restrictions:
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must have a reliable internet connection
Must be able to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment
Work Environment:
This position is entirely remote. You will need to have a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and a reliable internet connection. Amazon provides all necessary equipment and training to ensure you are set up for success.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus
Previous experience in data entry, administrative tasks, or related fields is preferred
