TGG Accounting is looking to add a Senior Accountant to our fully remote management resources team. This role requires at 4+ years of small business accounting experience

Job Summary/Description:
• Handle journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate general ledger and financial statements.
• Post GL transactions on a daily and monthly bases.
• Oversee and maintain the accuracy of the balance sheet, P& L accounts.
• Assists with the monthly and yearly closing processes.
• Handle financial reporting and ensure reporting is in accordance with US GAAP.
• Maintain financial confidentiality and ensure all accounting practices are in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations.
• Other accounting responsibilities and tasks as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or Finance is REQUIRED
CPA is preferred but not required.
Experience with small/micro business accounting is required.
