Return Records is an independent sound recording corporation based in New York, NY. The label distributes through The Orchard and Sony Music Entertainment, with U.S. publishing administration through Sony Music Publishing. Return Records looks to become the new “Motown” by providing the blocks for success in creating hit songs and navigating the record industry.
Glass Hour Collective is a subsidiary of Return Records that creates salon experiences for exclusive communities that combine art, music, film, photography, and fashion together. Their mission is to orchestrate unforgettable salons for New Yorks creative community that blend together the allure of the citys nightlife with the intellectual charm of intimate spaces. Glass Hour Internship program brings together current students, recent graduates, or young social media influencers who have an interest in working in the arts, fashion, events, entertainment, and music industry.
The internship will be a 36-month program for motivated and innovative students, graduates or up and coming influencers. Its designed to build core marketing and social media skills, gain insights and get exposure to the many facets of the arts, fashion, events, entertainment, and music industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The intern will primarily work under the Glass Hour Collective brand. They will assist Glass Hour Collective members on social media as far as developing and executing marketing and content strategies, specifically the use of Instagram, POSH.VIP, X, and TikTok to promote the collective and their events. The intern will also develop and execute advertising strategies as well as content and SEO optimization for the collective on Google and for the Collectives website.
We require a minimum time commitment of 5 hours a week. The position is remote, but will require in person attendance at Collective meetings and events, especially as far as pre-event preparation and post event cleanup. We also require that interns be available on WhatsApp and Instagram chat as that is the Collectives primary mode of communication with the intern. These duties include:
Creating Search Campaign Architecture on Instagram and Google
Providing Digital Marketing Measurement, Analytics & Insights
Working on basic Web Design & Development for the Collectives website
Creating Link Acquisition Strategies & Digital PR
Create Display Advertising (retargeting, native, etc.) for Google and Instagram
Compensation:
This is an unpaid internship, but we will offer college credit and/or professional references. Interns will receive free VIP access to events at some of the hottest clubs, social clubs, and venues in the city with Glass Hour Collective and their partners. Upon completion of the internship and based on satisfactory performance, an intern may be promoted into the Glass Hour Collective as a formal member and/or hired as a permanent employee to Return Records.

Role Requirements:
Must be a junior or senior in an advertising, event management/planning, or marketing undergraduate program or have taken extensive courses in those subjects. Graduate students will also be considered. Social media influencers that are not active students with a large following and engaging content will also be considered.
While this role is remote, candidates must live in the five boroughs or within close commuting distance to be able to attend events and meetings in person as requested and required.
Experience with a range of social platforms such as Instagram, Tik-Tok, WhatsApp, and X.
Experience writing/editing for the web (blogging and other web-based content).
Strong analytical abilities, ability to draw insights and tell stories using data.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media analytics, and basic online marketing principles.
Strong project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Experience using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, preferred but is not required.
